Claims of a paid narrative
On February 14, 2026, Vlad began a long thread by stating that Roc Nation paid him specifically to back Megan. He alleged the payments started at $10,000 per month but jumped to $50,000 during the trial.
”It started with $10k a month. During the trial, it went up to $50k a month. All the payments were in Bitcoin, so they couldn’t be traced.” DJ Vlad tweeted.
He further claimed that every major blogger is currently on the payroll of Jay-Z. Vlad noted that many peers might soon turn on the music mogul because the price of Bitcoin has dropped.
”Every blogger is on Jay-Z’s payroll. We all got paid with Bitcoin. Now that the price dropped, you’ll see a lot of us turning on him.” The media personality wrote.
Allegations of judicial corruption
The claims did not stop with media manipulation as Vlad attacked the integrity of the court. He alleged that Roc Nation bribed the jury members, the judge, and even Megan’s medical team.
”Roc Nation has been paying me to support Megan. They also paid off all the jury members to convict Tory. And they bribed the judge, too.” Vlad declared in a long post.
The blogger also suggested that the legal system is completely compromised by Jay-Z’s influence. He claimed that the police and even President Donald Trump were influenced to ensure Lanez stayed behind bars.
”The LA police are all on Jay’s payroll. And it doesn’t stop with LA, but you’re not ready to hear that part.” The mogul shared with his followers.
The motive behind the confession
When followers asked why he chose to speak out now, Vlad was blunt about his reasons. He admitted that the financial arrangement had ended, leaving him with no reason to stay quiet.
”The money stopped coming, and I never signed an NDA.” The blogger wrote.
This public fallout adds another layer to the ongoing tension between major artists and the Roc Nation founder. The industry recently watched similar drama unfold when Nicki Minaj slammed Jay-Z over unpaid debts during a heated online exchange.
