What is the value of the digital in Jewish Studies, and how can we learn from previous work and apply it to future endeavours? In recent years, the intersection of Jewish Studies and Digital Humanities (DH) has sparked critical conversations around these questions, especially as digital tools become integral to research, preservation, and dissemination.
Today and tomorrow we participate in The Value of the Digital #DHJewish conference in Potsdam and present our project »GraDiM: Granularities of dispersion and materiality – Visualizing a photo archive about diaspora«.
