@ascentale @bikenite A8. On Thur I went on a hike though the forested bsckside of a local brownfield. It was very interesting in both the vitality there, even at this time of year, and the number of very well trodden trails back there.

But of all the things I saw the most striking was the remains of a red-tailled hawk, acccording to other folks on iNaturalist. Cw for dead things.
