Used the decent weather for a #POTA activation of #DE0806 Elbpark Entenwerder after having brunch at the nearby outdoor cafe on the pontoon. Even with fieldday and heavy QSB I got a lot of good SSB contacts all across Europe on 20m with surprising short skip within Germany, but also Canada and Azores. I also tried 40m, but my allotted time was up after 2 more #cw QSOs.
I even got some #mastoham QSOs with @OG3E, @DK3IP.

Todays #POTA was #DE0806 Elbpark Entenwerder with my new FX-4CR. The band conditions didn’t make it easy and the wind was surprisingly cold for the nice spring weather. When I was getting cold and weighing my options @DK4HAA and his trainee showed up in HamAlert with their activation in a different Hamburg park, giving me two P2P contacts on ground wave and my 10th and 11th QSO for the activation. 😅

Todays #POTA was #DE0806 Elbpark Entenwerder. A good activation with spring weather on 10/15/20m bands. Lots of contacts to the US and many European hunters. A total of 59 QSOs with some park to park contacts.

Today’s #POTA activation was a spontaneous joint activation of #DE0806 Elbpark Entenwerder and the newly added trail #DE0817 Elberadweg together with @DK4HAA. We had contacts on 20m/17m/40m as well as some local ones on 2m and 70cm.

After I activated #DE0261 with trails #DE0558 and #DE0622 yesterday, @DL6PL basically forced my hand to get out again for some #POTA today. He activated #DE0806 Entenwerder, which was just added last night after I requested it.
I joined him in the park and got a total of 44 QSOs in.
I even had QSOs with 6 members of the #draussenfunker community to collect some #DF2DF.
