This fascinating post on the variation of Cyrillic between languages led me to realize that I had used Russian Cyrillic for the Bulgarian title of G.H. Hardy’s ‘A Mathematician’s Apology’ in the list of translations in my annotated edition [https://archive.org/details/hardy_annotated/page/81/mode/1up].

The font (Minion 3) has a stylistic set for Bulgarian Cyrillic, so it was straightforward to change it, although I did tweak one or two glyphs.

The new version is already on archive.org: https://archive.org/details/hardy_annotated/

(There are various other small typographical improvements, notably in the bibliography.)

I love transliteration. I got obsessed once I managed to read #Cyrillic, bu not necessarily reading any Slav language, by managing to read names. Peak was when I stayed at a hostel in Moskva where there was this map with all names in #Russian. I could read all the names of the cities in Latin América and more :)

TBH, there are two "mistakes" in Rawson and Trelew; we pronounce those "w"s as the "w" in "wet", so closer to the "au" and "eu" diphthongs.
