I had to make a few judgement calls, fill in some blanks, and the lighting isn't perfect... but I think it's close enough to the original. 😎
When I wrote these lyrics, my goal was to take the spirit of “Abstract Matter*” and bring it to a more tribal, more physical, less clean side. I pulled everything into the body, into the rhythm, into the instinct.

A5. I have seen a substantial increase in *walkers*, on the trails and on the streets. The buses seem noticeably more full. The increase in #cyclists is up, but I think not notably related to fuel price.
But I also live in a tourist destination. All of the increase in walkers, transit use, could be #Canadians choosing to vacation in #Canada rather than (flying fuel surcharges?) elsewhere. Which would explain them not buying #cycles.
