In the US the gerrymandered Congress defunded public media, creating local journalism deserts nationwide, and relegating people to content behind privacy violating ad cesspool walled gardens like Youtube, cable, Netflix, HBO, etc. It's not right, everyone deserves an option for quality news and entertainment so let's go around them and help directly.
