There's no evidence you pay them for their product support.
Nevertheless, they've tried to point you in the right direction.
You've done nothing to rewrite the documentation you're complaining about to make it easier to understand.
It's hard to find unbridled sympathy for your view of things.

Don't you just love it when you work in customer service and you get that one customer who *really* pushes their luck?
I had someone in my job today who literally demanded I gave her money back on her bill because she had to wait for a long time to get through on the phone. I was thinking 'Seriously? If I gave back money to every caller who had a long wait on the line, the company I work for would be going into administration!'
I see that Curve card has a lot of 1* reviews on Trustpilot… I was about to add mine to the mix. They responded to @eliotlovell 's fraud alert TWO MONTHS after he emailed them, by blocking his virtual card, and asking where to send a new physical one!
