"Ordinary day" - Curiosity Killed the Cat

Ben Volpeliere-Pierrot hangs out with the other guys in the band, and sings a banal lyric over an unmemorable backing track. They'd released this song twice before, and twice before it had failed to be a hit, perhaps because it's a bit rubbish.

Still, Ben Volauvent-Parrot is deemed "swoonsome" by the tweens, and that's enough to sell any old nonsense.

"Down to earth" - Curiosity Killed the Cat

Ben Volpierre-Pierrot accompanies his trademark black beret with a grey cardigan and sunglasses. He's getting very close to the camera, filling our vision with his face, enough to make some of my classmates quite wibbly at the knees.

The saxophonist hasn't yet made it back from the Blow Monkeys performance, so Ben dances around with a ghettoblaster during the sax solo: as memorable as daft.
