After waking up at the Apollo Hotel, we had breakfast & headed via train & boat to Kinderdijk, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We returned to Rotterdam & saw the city's unique cube houses and ate at the Market Hall.

After waking up at the Apollo Hotel, we had breakfast in the restaurant and headed via train to Rotterdam and boat to Kinderdijk, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring historic Dutch windmills. After, we returned to Rotterdam where we saw the city's unique cube houses and had dinner at the Market Hall.
I took my husband to see the Cube Houses tonight in Rotterdam, and as we were leaving and walking down the stairs, some kids threw an apple at me. It hit me hard behind my kneecap.
They're really lucky my husband didn't know that the apple hit me until several minutes later...
I feel kinda sad now.
