I hate crying in therapy.

Not because it's embarrassing or anything, but because therapy isn't cheap and I can cry in my own time 😭😂
(in the shower, like normal people. Right? Right?!)

But mainly it's because I can't cry and talk at the same time. Annoying 😒

Effectively gagging myself with emotion.
