The side effect issue calmed down yesterday and I had more energy, didn’t sleep at all in the daytime and didn’t even need to lie down all morning.

Had a few glimmers of creative thoughts, even a vague idea for a painting, and almost wanted to play a video game. The lack of interest has been bothering me. #ADHD gets bored, years at home with #fatigue too.

But mostly I had energy to feel furious about the health, so that was fun.

#DanAndPhil were very funny in their video, as usual, and I watched a Griffin interview I’d seen before, but had mostly forgotten, and found him funny too.

They asked a question “do you ever judge your character” and he jumped in with “yes” so fast.

Then he said he didn’t like the clothes, but has to remember the character likes them and finds them comfortable. The lack of wardrobe options and the cold days of filming come up a few times about #CruelSummer

I have finished my rewatch of Cruel Summer and I feel at a loss for what to do. It’ll pass soon, I’m sure, and some sleep might help. I’d like to get to writing more, it’s been a while and I’ve had some more ideas for Luke.

I just watched a short fan edit video of Gabe and it was like when a new mother cat adopts baby chicks cos the oxytocin’s coursing through. Gabe is not so nice, while Luke is quite a love, and while I like Gabe anyway, I don’t usually feel such love towards him too (both Griffin’s characters, Luke being a lead in Cruel Summer).

Started my second rewatch of #CruelSummer and I’m surprised how much I like one character. Everything questionable two of the leads do is understandable, though fandom opinions on my favourite are divided.

It’s fascinating to notice the difference in how Griffin played Luke compared to other characters and obviously that makes sense, but still.

Sorting all the expressive photos, there are various as Luke and Quinn, for example, where he’s frowning, but the overall expression is so different. Luke frowns harder, Quinn still looks softer, more worried. I’ve got a whole new idea for expression comparison blog posts.

It’s “bunch of posts of Luke” day over on the Griff-blog, partly reblogging gifs. I’m tempted to watch the show again or at least skip to his scenes.

It’s a heavy watch near the end, though lighter until maybe episode seven. He’s the one who inspired my fanfic-writing because I didn’t want to leave it.
