City of Kirkland are announcing that they're expecting the long Cross-Kirkland-Connector/Eastrail closure in southern Kirkland to end "as soon as" February 27th, which basically confirmed what they were saying before:

There's finally an update on the Cross-Kirkland Connector closure-and-detour due to emergency sewer line work.

They're hoping to be done with the sewer reroute in February, with the possibility of re-opening that section of the CKC by the end of the month.
