#SunriverBrewing is at the top of my list for #FreshHop #beer from Central Oregon, and Fresh Hop Vicious is my gold standard of the style. This year’s fresh hop version of its award-winning Vicious Mosquito IPA is brewed with Centennial CGX Fresh Hops from #CrosbyHops. These are fresh hops that are frozen at harvest and something new the brewery is trying this year. It does not disappoint! With notes of pine greens, bergamot, and wintergreen. Cheers! 🍻
Run, don’t walk, to get some #FreshHop Electric Fields IPA from #ThresholdBrewing, brewed with fresh Centennial #hops from #CrosbyHops. This is my favorite of the season so far, with a big punch of essential oils, a touch of dank, and fresh evergreen notes. This is one to try! Cheers! 🍻
This week I received a #FreshHop #beer from Hood River’s #DoubleMountainBrewery, the new Iowa Bar Fight Fresh Hop #IPA, a collaboration with #SoleraBrewery of nearby Parkdale. Iowa Bar Fight was brewed with fresh #Strata hops sourced from #CrosbyHops.
