So recently #MyFitnessPal updated their app, and the UI/UX now is god awful. So I cancelled my premium sub and started to look around for something else.

Not only did I find something much better, but it's over 30% cheaper per year!

I'm using #Cronometer now, which seems a lot more detailed.

I looked in the mirror the last day of November and absolutely appalled by how #fat I have gotten. the highest I've been since at least 2019 (170 to 208 in just the past year)

sweets are off the menu. cutting back on how much I eat. upping my #gym time from zero. idk how people who have so much excess weight don't feel as disgusted at themselves as I do right now. a lot of my shirts don't fit right anymore either and that pisses me off the most. that and how my BACK jiggles when I walk down stairs.

#Cronometer has been a godsend. I love to min-max calories vs nutrition lol....
