#FlashbackThursday This shawl's unique asymmetrical shape distinguishes it from traditional crochet shawls. Create a fast, large, and cozy shawl with aran weight yarn, or opt for a thinner yarn. Worked from the tip up in a single piece, it can be any size you want 😃

I made a #crochet shawl using a pattern called SisLove by Joanna Grzel. It took a long time!

Lace crochet shawls are my Zen, my happy place. Add a beautiful yarn cake and I'm happily stitching away, relaxing and calming stitch after stitch. 🤩

Pattern: Wildberry Shawl by SisHomemade

Checking in with a WIP. :-) This is my Relax Project to give my fingers a rest from all the Amigurumis.
Pattern is Wildberry Shawl by SisHomemade
Yarn is Hobbii Twister in color Fairytale and it will actually go into dark teal for the edge.

Part 9 of How to wear your shawl and the last one. At least until I learn new techniques in shawl wrapping. :D

Fold the shawl in half and lay it across the back of your neck. Tug the ends through the loop and arrange to your liking.

Part 8 of How to wear your shawl. This one became my favourite this past winter. Lay a short end from behind across your shoulder, then wrap the shawl around the back of your shoulder/neck, across the front and across the back again. That brings the second end around to your front, with the first end being under the shawl, and the second on top. Tie them together and you're good to go.

Part 7 of How to wear your shawl. Wrapped around your hips as a pareo at the beach or swimmingpool. Probably works best with a shawl made from Cotton or Cotton/Polyacryl blend and not wool. :-)

Part 6 of How to wear your shawl. Tying and wrapping into a Hood. Now, that is actually really practical for those chilly winterdays when you forgot to bring a hat. Or to cover that little bit of exposed neck from the wind.

Part 5 of How to wear your shawl. Tying into a bolero by pulling the ends under your arms and tying in the back. My body is too wide to cross the ends in front, but I can tye the ends in the back, a bit like an apron. It also gets the ends out of the way and I have the hands free to work.
