fedefricooI had to order new belts as the ones that are already installed are too short, maybe they are missing a couple of centimeters to fit comfortably.
Italian stores sell 5 meters Gates' belts at 60-70 euros. I decided to check AliExpress and found out #trianglelabs sell the same belts at 30 euros for 10 meters. Waiting 2 weeks and save 30 or 40 euros seems a good compromise for me.
And I'm going to reuse the current belts, which are pretty new, to change the ones in my #crealityk1
Using #FreeCAD, I designed a cover for my #Pimoroni explorer, which I then printed on my #crealityk1 printer.

2xfoI love this printer. I think that's PLA that was left in the printer like 8 months ago. I stopped it during the first layer and started it again because there was one spot that stuck up too much but it worked fine the second time. I should have ran some material through before i tried to start a print, i think. #crealityK1
Paul FisherOne new set of strain gauges later, and fingers crossed the printer seems to be behaving itself (yet to try a print) 🤞
