Die dunkle und kalte Jahreszeit nutze ich um ein paar kleine Projekte am #3DDruck zu drucken.
Aktuell ein Modell einer Sojuz-Kapsel. Gestern kam dann irgendwie nur Schrott raus. Stellt sich heraus: Extruder-Arm gebrochen. Kumpel hat mit heute ein Ersatzteil gedruckt und schon läuft die Kiste wieder. Auch nach 6 Jahren noch immer top.

Crazy and pretty cool: a few weeks ago #Creality3D reached out to ask if I would like to upload my designs to their platform, offering a free #CrealityHi #3dPrinter if I upload 20 models. I did an yesterday I got this big box. I’m exited to unpack and test it.

The three bed rail parts that sheared off during transit on the K2 Plus. The thing was insanely well packaged, with no signs of damage to the outside of the box, and the bed itself was bolted down with shipping screws as well, so I’m not sure how enough force was applied to these to shear them, but 3 of 4 were in this state.

Totally fed up with Creality at this point. The K2 Plus arrived broken in so many ways. They send me parts, but the instructions are in video form, and don’t match the printer. The replacement needs almost total disassembly of the printer and some parts seem to be mounted differently to the instructions and with different screws.

Never buy a K2 Plus no matter how good the reviews are. They cannot ship them in one piece.

Вот деталь. Серая напечатана на K1C, белая на A1.

Хоть и видны явные проблемы с недоэкструзией, деталь в целом напечатана корректно. На 100% скорости за 16 минут.

Белая поломанная деталь печаталась на бамбуке на скорости 166%. И получилось вот что получилось. Третья фотография с белой печатаемой деталью печатается на 100% скорости за 53 минуты.

Т.е. креалити напечатал модель в 3 раза быстрее и лучше.

Я заметил, что за скорости 166% Бамбук эту деталь шатал соплом. Т.е. или сопло задевало, или он не успевал вовремя ретрактить пластик и тянул модельку за собой, меняя положение сопла на начало следующего слоя - хз.

Hi, is anyone here using a #Ratrig #3dPrinter? I recently got an A1 mini to try the Bambu experience in await of their next big release but I’m reconsidering this now for … reasons. So I took a glance at Ratrig as they offer an IDEX upgrade. So my questions: do they work stable, can calibrate automatically and print without further fiddling once build and set up?
