I don’t need a new phone.

I need services such as newspapers to stop making simple frontend rendering so heavy it destroys my reading flow. Overly slow rendering on older devices is a business decision, even if implied and overlooked.

This is how enshittification manifests itself into new devices, which means consuming natural resources and mining of rare minerals.
