I liked their food in the old days. The biscuits in particular. But then CEO and management decided to start serving stale, microwaved food instead. Secretly.

I have no reason to ever trust them again. I'll learn to make my own damn biscuits!

I will NOT be going back to Cracker Barrel until they convince me that they're making fresh food from scratch again.

Considering that they changed from fresh to stale/reheated without telling their customers, they have a real challenge in store. They have ZERO credibility.
