I’m seeing a huge increase in requests for work notes for patients with viral illness because they can’t stay home otherwise.

Stop sending your mildly ill but very infectious employees to my ED for a note where they infect my frail elderly and newborn patients!

Knock it off.

Build a culture of trust at your workplace instead.
