Multiple things are true at the same time. Biden’s policies have pulled the economy out from the #COVID19Shutdowns but also we have dealt with high #Inflation AND it is generally true that US wealth and income has surpassed a 100 year high.

Biden and many others are over optimistic in their assessment of the current economy at least from the perspective of those that struggle.

That doesn’t mean we can’t make improvements.

@toussaint #Biden is far from perfect on the #economy but he helped prevent a much worse #economicCrisis following the #Covid19Shutdowns . There has been fifty plus years of #industryConsolidation that has helped set the stage for #monopolies and #oligopolies ( #cartels ) to be able to set #ExcessivelyHighPrices and make #RecordProfits . We should use #antiTrustLaws to #fightInflation and Biden shouldn’t be so quiet on his (previous ?) #CampaignPromise to #RaisetheMinimumWage .
