Totally pissed off with courier company CouriersPlease, who failed to pick up a box from Queensland Rail lost property. Seven weeks later have still not picked the package up and no longer answer my queries 😤

Trying again with TNT through Fast Courier 🚚

Good design shouldn't just capture the spirit of the company, but the spirit of its customers. In this, I don't think you can go past the front page for #CouriersPlease. Here they have totally captured the spirit of one of their customers – that sheer amazement and relieved, bewildered surprise that people get when a package being sent via Couriers Please actually (eventually) turns up. 10/10, excellent design.

The latest in the saga that is #CouriersPlease.

Finally, my package has been found at the depot, and is ready to collect….

However the email contradicts itself regarding the depot’s opening hours.

And of course, they refuse to publish depot information and opening hours on their website to help work out which is right.

Had some time today, so thought I would see if they are actually open on weekends…

NOPE.

Useless.

No, if you had left it at the front door, it would have been safely out of sight. You dumped my parcel in my driveway, where it was clearly visible to anyone passing by on the street.

I forgot that #Desky ship via #CouriersPlease. This means that since my order, my delivery date has changed from next Monday to next Thursday to most recently, "When the sun becomes a white dwarf".
