Surprise of the day was finding this salad mix at Still Creek #Costco today. $6 (4.19US) and grown in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Salad now fully Canadian with BC hot house tomatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers 🇨🇦 🥗 🇨🇦
Just a quick follow up, having used these greens in a side salad tonight, I've come back thoroughly impressed. The leaves were fresh, tender and flavourful and every bit as good as mine from the garden. If you have a chance, pick some up, was even a dollar less expensive than the 🇺🇸 beside it. 😋 🥗
