Ideato dalla Camera di commercio di Cosenza e promosso in collaborazione con l'Agenzia per la Rappresentanza Negoziale delle Pubbliche Amministrazioni (ARAN), il progetto “Al posto tuo” è stato caratterizzato da una fase pilota nel marzo del 2024, che prevedeva scambi interni alla Camera di commercio di Cosenza in ambiti operativi diversi. A distanza di due anni esatti è iniziata la fase successiva, basata su uno scambio esterno tra Camere di commercio, ossia tra dipendenti operanti nello stesso ambito.

In linea con il focus dello scambio, centrato sulle attività di comunicazione, la collega è stata inoltre coinvolta operativamente nel supporto alla gestione dei canali social e alla produzione di contenuti, dalla revisione e redazione di testi fino alla realizzazione di post e contributi per il magazine istituzionale. Particolarmente significativa la partecipazione alla cerimonia delle Imprese Storiche e all'incontro con i Presidenti TAR, occasioni nelle quali ha potuto affiancare l'ufficio nella gestione della comunicazione in tempo reale e nella copertura degli eventi.

Developed by the Chamber of Commerce of Cosenza and promoted in collaboration with the Agency for Negotiating Representation of Public Administrations (ARAN), the “In My Place” project was characterized by a pilot phase in March 2024, which involved internal exchanges within the Chamber of Commerce of Cosenza across different operational areas. Two years later, the subsequent phase began, based on an external exchange between Chambers of Commerce – specifically, between employees working in the same area.

In line with the focus of the exchange, centered on communication activities, the colleague was also operationally involved in supporting the management of social media channels and the production of content, from reviewing and drafting texts to creating posts and contributions for the institutional magazine. Particularly significant was her participation in the ceremony of Historic Companies and the meeting with Presidents of the TAR, occasions during which she was able to assist the office in real-time communication and event coverage.

Agi: Rapì neonata a Cosenza, Rosa Vespa condannata a 5 anni

AGI - Il Tribunale di Cosenza ha condannato a cinque anni e quattro mesi Rosa Vespa, la donna accusata di aver rapito una neonata. La 52enne cosentina è stata arrestata un anno fa perché accusata di aver rapito una neonata di appena un giorno, nella clinica "Sacro Cuore" di Cosenza.
La perizia psichiatrica e le condizioni della donna
Secondo i consulenti medico-legali, Rosa Vespa al momento del rapimento non "presentava una struttura psicotica" ed era "lucida". La donna si trova adesso agli arresti domiciliari. Nel procedimento si erano costituiti parte civile i nonni materni e paterni della piccola rappresentati dagli avvocati Giorgio Loccisano e Natasha Gardi. Mentre i genitori della neonata sono rappresentati dagli avvocati Chiara Penna e Paolo Pisani.
La finta gravidanza e la valutazione dei periti
Anche i magistrati avevano chiesto una perizia psichiatrica su Rosa Vespa (difesa dall'avvocato Teresa Gallucci), che per nove mesi ha finto una gravidanza e poi un parto. Adesso la perizia stabilisce che la "finta gravidanza non ha rappresentato un delirio strutturato, ne' una simulazione, ma una soluzione di conversione-somatica a un vuoto narcisistico-depressivo".

Il ritrovamento della neonata e il ruolo del marito
Il 21 gennaio di un anno fa Rosa Vespa e Acqua Omogo Chiediebere Moses furono trovati in casa con la piccola Sofia vestita da maschietto, a Castrolibero nell'hinterland di Cosenza. Inizialmente fu arrestato anche il marito Moses, poi scarcerato dal gip.
La posizione di Moses e le indagini
Il 43enne nigeriano (difeso dall'avvocato Gianluca Garritano) si è sempre professato innocente dicendo che la moglie ha fatto tutto da sola. Infatti, la sua posizione è stata stralciata. Vespa ha finto una gravidanza e la nascita di un bimbo di nome Ansel, mai nato.
Le conclusioni dei periti e la reazione della famiglia
Per gli inquirenti anche Moses sarebbe stato ingannato dalla moglie. Nella perizia psichiatrica, i consulenti evidenziano che Vespa al momento del rapimento non presentava "condizioni psichiche tali da determinare un'infermità di mente". Ma, al tempo stesso, per i periti non va sottovalutato lo stato depressivo della donna che va monitorato. All'uscita dal Tribunale, la mamma della piccola ha solo detto che ora "è il momento di dimenticare".

The psychiatric examination and the woman’s condition

Judges had also requested a psychiatric examination of Rosa Vespa (represented by lawyer Teresa Gallucci), who had faked a pregnancy for nine months and then a birth. Now the examination establishes that “the staged pregnancy did not represent a structured delusion, nor a simulation, but a solution of conversion-somatic to a narcissistic-depressive void.”

The discovery of the newborn baby and the role of the husband
On January 21st of last year, Rosa Vespa and Acqua Omogo Chiediebere Moses were found at home with the little Sofia dressed as a boy, in Castrolibero in the outskirts of Cosenza. Initially, her husband Moses was also arrested, then released by the judge.

Moses’s position and the investigation
The 43-year-old Nigerian (represented by lawyer Gianluca Garritano) has always maintained his innocence, saying that his wife did it alone. Therefore, his position was excluded. Vespa faked a pregnancy and the birth of a child named Ansel, who was never born.

The conclusions of the experts and the family’s reaction
For the investigators, Moses was also deceived by his wife. In the psychiatric examination, the consultants highlight that Vespa at the time of the kidnapping did not “have mental conditions that would determine a mental illness.” But, at the same time, the experts do not underestimate the depressive state of the woman, which must be monitored. As she left the courthouse, the baby’s mother only said that “it’s time to forget.”

Il Fatto Quotidiano: Referendum, il Sì trionfa nei Comuni a più alto tasso di presenza di ‘ndrangheta: a Platì e San Luca sfiora il 90%

Non si distinguono solamente per essere tra i Comuni con il più alto numero di scioglimenti per infiltrazioni mafiose: ma oggi registrano anche per il trionfo alle urne del Sì al referendum sulla giustizia, dato in controtendenza non solo rispetto a quello nazionale ma anche guardando ai risultati regionali. Parliamo di Platì e San Luca, Comuni dell’Aspromonte in provincia di Reggio Calabria tristemente noti per l’alto tasso di presenza della ‘ndrangheta.
Qui il voto a favore della riforma voluta dal governo di Giorgia Meloni raggiunge livelli record. A San Luca il Sì si attesta al 82,39% contro il 17,61% dei No: 758 voti contro 162. A Platì il risultato è addirittura superiore: il Sì, infatti, sfiora il 90% delle preferenze. Nel comune – sciolto per ben tre volte per infiltrazioni della criminalità organizzata – il risultato è di 1.080 contro 125 voti: il Sì raggiunge così l’89,63% a scapito del 10,37% dei voti contrari alla riforma.
Risultati che sono molto differenti anche da quelli dell’intera Regione Calabria. Qui infatti il No ottiene oltre il 57% delle preferenze staccando il Sì di quasi 100mila voti. Reggio Calabria è l’unica città capoluogo calabrese dove prevale il Sì, anche se di misura. In riva allo stretto, infatti, il Sì ottiene il 50,81% dei consensi contro il 49,19% del No. Vittoria netta del No, invece, negli altri capoluoghi con Cosenza al 66,55%, Crotone 62,01%, Catanzaro 61,46% e Vibo Valentia 56,40% (43,60%).

Results that are very different from those of the entire Calabria region. Here, No obtains over 57% of preferences, distancing Yes by almost 100,000 votes. Reggio Calabria is the only provincial capital of Calabria where Yes prevails, albeit slightly. On the Strait, Yes obtains 50.81% of consensus against 49.19% of No. A clear victory for No, instead, in the other provincial capitals with Cosenza at 66.55%, Crotone 62.01%, Catanzaro 61.46% and Vibo Valentia 56.40% (43.60%).
