• Since the US & UK redused to follow-through on their self-imposed obligations as per Budapest Memorandum, Russia was affirmed since 2011 in comitting it's aggression & corrosion strategy.
  • And the rest of the world takes notice (not just Iran) which had >40 years to entrench themselves against the US, expecting attacks and invasions since the Shah fled.

The UN isn't unwilling, but by design incapable of doing anything against the will of the Veto Powers that shouldn't exist to begin with!
