د #افغاني_سرې_میاشتې د ۲۰۲۶–۲۰۳۰ کلونو ستراتیژیک پلان د یوې رسمي غونډې په ترڅ کې پرانیستل شو، چې پکې د دې ادارې مشرتابه، داخلي مسؤولینو او نړیوالو کاري شریکانو ګډون درلود.

د #غونډې په پیل کې د افغاني سرې میاشتې د سکرتر جنرال عملیاتي مرستیال ښاغلي مولوي روح‌ الله عبد السلام ګډونوالو ته ښه راغلاست ووایه او د نوي ستراتیژیک پلان د ترتیب په #بهیر کې یې د دې ادارې د رهبرۍ، کاري کمېټې او #نړیوالو_شریکانو د ګډو هڅو او همکاریو په اړه معلومات وړاندې کړل.

ورپسې د افغاني سرې میاشتې عمومي رئیس ښاغلي شیخ‌الحدیث شهاب‌الدین دلاور په خپله وینا کې د نوي ستراتیژیک پلان جوړېدل یو مهم او #بنسټیز ګام وباله او ویې ویل، چې د دې پلان په عملي کېدو سره به د ادارې بشري خدمتونه لا پیاوړي، اغېزمن او پراخ شي.

نوموړي همدارنګه د کاري شریکانو او #رضاکارانو رول د بریا اساسي برخه وبلله او ټینګار یې وکړ، چې په ګډو هڅو سره به د خلکو په ژوند کې مثبت بدلون رامنځته شي.

د افغاني سرې میاشتې مرستیال ښاغلي حافظ عزیز الرحمن د خپلو خبرو پر مهال وویل، چې ستراتیژیک پلان د #لومړیتوبونو د ټاکلو، د سرچینو د مؤثر مدیریت او د فعالیتونو د روښانه لوري ټاکلو لپاره بنسټیز اهمیت لري. نوموړي زیاته کړه، چې د دې پلان تر څنګ د ۲۰۲۶–۲۰۲۸ کلونو درې کلن پراختیایي پلان هم ترتیب شوی، څو د ادارې فعالیتونه په منظم او همغږي ډول پر مخ ولاړ شي او د دواړو پلانونو هممهاله تطبیق به د خدمتونو #اغېزمنتیا لا پیاوړې کړي.

همدا ډول نړیوالو کاري شریکانو هم د افغاني سرې میاشتې د نوي ستراتیژیک پلان ستاینه وکړه او هغه یې د بشري خدمتونو د لا منظم والي او پرمختګ لپاره یو مهم او بنسټیز ګام وباله. هغوی ټینګار وکړ، چې ستراتیژیک پلان د فعالیتونو د روښانه کولو، لومړیتوبونو ټاکلو او د خدماتو د #کیفیت په لوړولو کې مهم رول لري.

نړیوالو شریکانو همدارنګه د خپلو دوامدارو همکاریو ډاډ څرګند کړ او #ژمنه یې وکړه، چې د یاد ستراتیژیک پلان په عملي کولو کې به خپل ملاتړ ته دوام ورکړي، څو د اړمنو او زیانمنو خلکو اړتیاوو ته پر وخت رسېدنه وشي.

ياده غونډه د ستراتیژیک پلان د جوړونې د کمېټې غړو ته د ستاینلیکونو په وېش سره پای ته ورسېده.

#Kabul: ARCS Five-Year #Strategic_Plan Launched

The #ARCS Strategic Plan 2026–2030 was launched during a formal ceremony attended by the organization’s leadership, internal officials, and #international_partners.

At the beginning of the event, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salam, Under-Secretary General of the Operational Affairs of the ARCS, welcomed the participants and provided information on the joint efforts and #cooperation of the organization’s leadership, the working committee, and international partners in the preparation of the new strategic plan.

In his address, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, described the #development of the new strategic plan as an important and fundamental step, stating that its implementation will further #strengthen, improve, and expand the organization’s humanitarian services.

He also described the role of international partners and volunteers as a key part of success, #emphasizing that through joint efforts, positive change will be brought to people’s lives.

The Vice President of the ARCS, Hafiz Azizur Rahman, said that the strategic plan is of #fundamental importance for setting priorities, ensuring effective resource management, and defining a clear direction for activities. He added that, alongside the strategic plan, a three-year #development_plan for 2026–2028 has also been prepared to ensure that activities are carried out in an organized and coordinated manner, and that the simultaneous implementation of both plans will further enhance the #effectiveness of services.

International partners also praised the new strategic plan of the ARCS, describing it as an important and fundamental step toward better organization and development of #humanitarian_services. They emphasized that the strategic plan plays an important role in clarifying activities, setting priorities, and improving the quality of services.
