In the on-going 'de-cluttering' efforts, we've got many years of the very enjoyable "Saveur" magazine issues, and similarly "Cooks Illustrated" mag.

Seems a shame to put them into paper recycling next week.

I wonder where if there's anywhere or anyone to whom can give them. Used bookstores prob aren't interested, but will check.
