Email support -- too slow
Click2Call -- keeps getting disconnected during call even if you don't switch tabs. they don't even seem to have/check previous records so I kept having to repeat myself over several calls.
Hotline -- Took 13 mins in my latest call to resolve (had to call twice because I ran out of phone credits in my first call) but it got resolved during the call. Good thing GOMO landline calls are quite cheap.
