AGI - Barbara D' Urso ha fatto causa a Mediaset a tre anni di distanza dal suo addio all'azienda. La notizia viene riferita dal sito del quotidiano La Stampa.
La conduttrice avrebbe scelto di portare il Biscione in tribunale dopo che la procedura di mediazione con la società si è conclusa in un nulla di fatto.
Le contestazioni alla società
D'Urso attenderebbe le scuse per un post sui social del profilo ufficiale Qui Mediaset nel quale veniva ingiuriata (secondo la società il profilo sarebbe stato hackerato). Gli avvocati contesterebbero anche il mancato corrispettivo dei diritti d'autore per i programmi da lei firmati come autrice in 16 anni di lavoro e per il format di sua proprietà Live Non è la D'Urso.
