@kathrynmathias not a fan of Smith by any stretch but the #SovereigntyAct (if it ever comes to pass) is really just a form of reverse onus. It makes the Feds take the Province to Court for refusing instead of the Province taking the Feds to Court on a #ConstitutionalChallenge. It's just fluff to make the base think she's doing something for them.
