#Suffolk #Constabulary are now searching for the suspects, one of whom wore a top hat (!) and another using a yellow #bicycle as a getaway vehicle (although surely if he's on a bike, parking charges aren't an issue!)

The #Police do not state whether these were his own or customers vehicles that he's ragging, either way its horrendous #driving for a built up area - if anything its made *worse* because he's being devious enough not to grossly exceed the #speedlimit due to paranoia about #cameras, with acceleration followed by harsh braking.

I know all the areas he was in and they are busy with other road users, pedestrians, cyclists etc (and the entry to the A14 highway from #Felixstowe shown in the last part of the video is also often busy), none of them are suitable for that kind of behaviour..

Interesting that #Suffolk #Constabulary gave the video an operation name, it suggests they put a *lot* of effort into gathering evidence against this lad..
