Stephen Lee, a Lutheran pastor from IL, was booked Fri morning & released after on a $75k #ConsentBond. He appeared to be wearing a clerical collar when he was driven into the Rice St facility.
#Trump has been repped by a trio of other #attorneys — Drew Findling, Marissa Goldberg & Jennifer Little — who had spent recent months trying to disqualify #FultonCounty DA #FaniWillis & her office from prosecuting TFG & quash #evidence gathered by a special purpose #GrandJury.
On Mon, Findling, Goldberg & Little negotiated Trump’s $200k #ConsentBond & signed a doc outlining his #ReleaseConditions. But they had yet not filed formal notice in the #docket as Trump’s representatives in the case.
