Quelque part en quittant le #Connemara (terres brûlées, au vent, des landes... #jesors). Juillet 2023.

602 miles from Co. Antrim to Mayo and Galway and back in weather that was multo scorchio 🌞 Incredible roads and some cracking beers #Ireland #Mayo #Galway #Connemara #biking

Ah, internet is back in the town! Yesterday we were thrown back to the dark ages when the shop could only accept cash, the bottle return machine was hopelessly lost and at the hostel we were forced to talk to each other! #TheHorror

Now I’ll be able to show a bit of #Inishbofin !

Slowly getting into the rhythm of #travel, unfortunately it’s only a week long ‘taster’ of #Ireland. Never been before properly and I already know I should return for a longer trip.

Today: the ferry to Inishbofin island. That may be a tautology, I suspect Inish to mean Island (confirm?). Knowing the wonderfully strange film The Banshees of Inishirin…

Now, off to the ferry!
