I mean that's why I know almost noone in #IT working in #PublicSector:

One would get bossed around by #TechIlliterate #ConcreteHeads and have neother good promotion options beyond maybe a paygrade every 5 years and neither get bonuses not stock options for enduring shitty cubicles in buildings that are ugly inside and out...
