Those forms get mis-used so much.

There are highly dubious organisations, like aged care companies, banks and government departments, who use them to receive complaints.

Of course they don't send a copy of the complaint back to the email address I've provided.

Leaving me with no proof of having submitted a complaint. And no proof of the content.
