Very picturesque at #combsreservoir this morning, but a chilly 8C in the water. Been a few weeks since my last #openwaterswim and the water temperature has certainly plummeted!
Absolutely gorgeous #openwaterswim swim this morning at #CombsReservoir near #WhaleyBridge in #derbyshire. Localised low-lying cloud was lifting as we arrived, creating a beautiful, atmospheric scene as we walked down to the swim point. Water was 8.5C but it seemed much warmer in the sunshine so we enjoyed a fantastic 20 minute dip.
Starting the day with a #coldwaterswim in #CombsReservoir in the #PeakDistrict
A dip in #CombsReservoir followed by a snowy hike through #HarropFold over #CharlesHead and home via #Slacko'TheMoor with a pint in the #RobinHood
#Snowing at #CombsReservoir near #WhaleyBridge. Perfect conditions for a #swim! The water was 4C so was at least a little warmer than the air temperature. 10 min swim was genuinely wonderful. Post swim #FlaskOfTea never tasted so good!

#CombsReservoir again this morning for a #swim. Water temperature was 9 Celsius. Had a 16 min swim and it was absolutely beautiful! Very scenic this morning. Going in skins is actually getting to be quite addictive!
