Join us for the Gaian Way #Polycrisis Cafe

Aldo Leopold famously wrote that to have an ecological education is to “live alone in a world of wounds.” A Gaian worldview puts us in touch with the many wounds our species has inflicted upon Gaia — now intersecting to become the polycrisis — and how these wounds continue to multiply and accelerate.

It can be hard to go about our days in a mainstream society that may report individual events in the headlines while ignoring the larger context.

Drawing on concepts and practices like ecological grief, Collapse Club, and the Death Cafe movement, we’ll gather online for our own Gaian conversation about how it feels to be living in this moment of history and how we are grappling with its implications for Gaia and for ourselves.
