Giving this “fruit forward” blend a spin and while I usually love a good, fruity natural processed Ethiopian coffee, this is just … too much for me. I tried a similar style blend from another roaster a while back and really dug it, but this just lacks balance imo. Interestingly adding a touch of milk improves it (and I’m not usually a milk in my coffee guy). #Coffee #CoffeeDon

is there such a thing as an #espresso machine without a steamer? i want to pull shots, maybe even be able to pull multiple shots at the same time. i have no interest in steaming milk though

Finally dialed in my brewing on this coffee (I initially had some stalling issues towards the end of the brew that I’ve experienced with other natural process Ethiopian beans). Clean tasting, great tropical fruits, and good acidity. I quite like this cup.
