Good Thursday morning. Yesterday I have some chores to do in the morning. Set up the telescope and thought I was observing the #CocoonNebula. 40 minutes later I found that the nebula is on the left side of the image. Still a nice picture of space. #unistellar #odysseypro #space #astronomy #amateur

It is a star formation area with hundreds of young stellar objects having been identified. It is surrounded by Barnard 168, a dark nebula that can be seen trailing off to the right in this image of 15 five-minute exposures. #StillLearning
