We are called The Reef, in tribute to the diversity of commensal species that live together in a real coral reef. We also want to acknowledge the world's great coral reefs, now in danger, and remember them in our daily lives.

These are two early-draft designs for modularly-expandable cohousing buildings that are comfortable and navigable even in the height of winter.
Also with winter in mind, these are designed for passive solar. All units point in the same direction.
