What do other #OpenSource projects do to host RPM & APT packages?

I'm currently eyeing #Cloudsmith, but I can't say I've ever come across another project that uses it.

For RPM maybe RPM Fusion is the place to be? Potentially even just a Copr repo would suffice

And then for APT? Where would you host those packages?
