It seems impossible to keep important data or critical components away from US-controlled megacorps, so this was a fascinating read to me. I don't have quite the same breadth of options in Canada, but I'd much rather host infrastructure in Europe than the US and will be investigating a lot of these.

Es liest die Daten von zb Xiaomi Mi Body Scale Waagen aus und zeigt sie an.
Mehr nicht.

Für Sync nach Health Connect (Google Fit) u.ä. gibt es Openscale Sync - hier lässt sich für eine eigene Infrastruktur auch ein MQTT Target angeben oder das Tool wger (nutze ich nicht)

Ich nutze es zusammen mit Yazio und Garmin Connect (vorher mit Samsung Health, aber das will ich einmotten)

Dinge wie Spotify connect etc sind sicher für viele User unverzichtbar, aber damit das Gerät funktioniert soll es keine Cloud Abhängigkeit geben.
Wie wäre es mit einem eigenen Testkriterium z.b. auch in der Techstage?
