The aliens invited everyday people from all over the country, yet the government used a fake chemical spill to scare off the ones who were summoned and arrested the ones who saw through that and went anyway. Only two of the invited folks made it all the way to the rendezvous. The government then tried to send their own team in red Make Altair Great Again uniforms. In the end the aliens flocked to Roy and personally walked him into the mothership leaving the expensive trained "pros" standing there holding their underwear and toothbrushes with nowhere to go. #Closeencountersofthethirdkind

Steven Spielberg is either an emissary or member of, or an ambassador for, an alien species.

That's a theory I've not seriously held since Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and I'm sure many others feel the same.

With Disclosure Day, he makes the silly theory less so.

I've never seen E.T., think Close Encounters is kinda bad (meh, at best), but am very interested in seeing Disclosure Day.

看完最大的感想是：我小学音乐课上学的唱名手势居然是有名字的！那叫柯尔文手势！我现在还记得一部分音符的手势...
但是外星人为什么要挑一个执着自大的美国人啊，我实在不明白。看的时候总觉得拉康的演员眼熟，查了才知道那是特吕弗，但我只看过他的《华氏451度》来着。
看完以后立刻去看了《激光猫》斯皮尔伯格那集，我终于理解那个结尾了。
