The classical guitar kit I'm working from came with pre-bent ribs. This is convenient, but the kit didn't come with any mention of the guitar's expected dimensions.

So to make the solera I decided to pick some bout widths that seemed reasonable (based on Courtnall's Hauser measurements). Then I drew parallels at the appropriate distance from the centerline. From there I just had to keep adjusting the ribs until they hit the lines on tangent. I hope it works! #ClassicalGuitar

Question about changing guitar strings.. is there any point in changing the 3 nylons on a classical guitar, or will they be just fine if I need to change the metal bass strings?

Record all mastered! On to licensing covers, getting ISRCs, finishing artwork and liner notes, credits, making sure nobody's left off the acknowledgements. Did all the recording and mixing in-house, but still lots of other expenses, so doing a kickstarter to recover what we can. Final decision is to call it "Dulcetta." Sweet + little coda.
