So many early DAS shifts. That definitely could have gone better. XD
I've never played Classic Tetris on a CRT before.  
Anyway, I qualified at the 31st seed, so looks like I'll be competing tomorrow.

Guess I’m going to a Classic Tetris tournament this weekend! Dunno if I’ll actually compete. Maybe if there’s still room to qualify. And if so, certainly don’t expect to go very far as my DAS PB is only a little under 500k. In any case, just excited to watch some good Tetris!

It's finally being released today! I backed this documentary project in 2020 and since then so much has happened in the #Tetris community... RIP Jonas, new records that were never thought of before, new champions and so much more.

@nintendoconnect Dr. Mario gab es ja vorher schon in der NES-Version über Switch Online. Aber cool, dass die Gameboy Version jetzt auch dabei ist.

Wenn jetzt zum 40. Geburtstag von #Tetris noch die NES-Version von Tetris auf Switch Online erscheint, wär ich richtig happy (wobei man abgesehen davon jene Variante ja auch schon in Tetris Effect Connected spielen kann).

3 years ago, on 5th January 2021, 7-time Classic Tetris World Champion Jonas Neubauer died at the age of 39. I still remember the finals of #CTWC 2018 when he and Joseph Saelee were competing for the golden CTWC trophy.
