Some vaguely good news.
My fibre broadband is supplied by Lit Fibre via CityFibre.
Lit Fibre are transferring all their customers to Zen Internet.

While I've had no major issues with Lit, the support has been mediocre, and their supplied equipment is, frankly, pants.

Zen have an excellent reputation, so this might be a longer term relationship than I anticipated.

Crazy issue with #CityFibre - it never went down but it had 50-60% packet loss with a floor latency of 150ms+
