Ugh ๐คข๐คข so much nausea from this stupid migraine. Can't have an abortive either as already had limit for the week.
I'm cautiously optimistic that the head pain has gone, I'm still lying in bed so it might get worse when I stand up but I did go pee at 5am & I felt ok then. ๐๐ผ๐ค๐ผ

Not sure how today is going to go, woken by migraine pain, taken pain meds & my abortive, also taken anti-nausea med. Having some kitty therapy with Obi on my lap.
Not feeling the best, got nausea and my head is trying to kick off, do my first attack is pain meds & nausea meds. Taken with a full fat cherry coca cola as the sugar & caffeine activate the meds quicker

Head trying to kick off, it's all ouchy around my right eye & down my nose. Taken some pain meds.
