Had a Christmas Eve get together with my family, since we won't all be able to be together on Christmas Day, and it was wonderful. I hosted this year, but now that everyone has left for home, my house feels empty and lonely.

Tomorrow will be a blur and then Christmas is over for another year and I go back to counting the days until Halloween.

I really wish I could slow down time from October to January, but instead I try to enjoy the moments where I can.
