The #ChristmasPudding out of the cloth wrap, after drying in the fridge overnight (using the plastic insert from a salad spinner to lift it out of a bowl). It's too warm and humid here in Qld to hang it in the open air, so the suggestion is to make sure it's dry on its surface, then clingwrap and store in the fridge.

Turned out pretty well; there's a thin coat of the suet still on the surface where it hasn't stuck to the cloth, and we were able to recover a lot of suet from the pot.
